Easter Garden Whimsy

Today I used my Garden Whimsy set to make this cute tulip easter card. I started with a Cameo Coral Base and added a piece of Raspberry Tart DSP, then I cut two strips of WW using the eyelet border punch. I matted a piece of WW CS on a piece of Kiwi Kiss CS and used marker direct to stamp technique to create both colors on the tulips. I stamped happy easter on a piece of WW and punched it out with the small oval punch and put it on top of a cameo coral large oval punch. I added a piece of kiwi kiss satin ribbon to finish off the card, and waaalaaa a cute easter card ready to send to someone special.

A Kind Word

I just love this new set, this little girl is just so sweet. First I stamped the image on water color paper and used various colors of ink pads to color in the image. I used bordering blue for the card and Candy Lane and Bella Birds DSP. I also used neutral brads (chocolate chip) and the valet ribbon bundle, this was a very simple card to make and I just love the coloring.

Thoughts and Prayers Easter

Tonight I took a break from the chick and used the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set, I used a piece of WW as the base and covered it with a piece of embossed baha breeze CS. Then I cut out a piece of pink pirouette and used the eyelet border punch across the bottom. The flower accents are from flower fusion too and one white brad. To stamp the image I used markers right on the stamp, I used old olive, bashful blue and pretty in pink. Then I added a dot of crystal effects on each flower just for a little shine. Hope you enjoy.

A Good Egg

Tonight I made another Easter Card, this chick is just so darn cute, I started with a pink piroette base and added a sheet of Bella Rose DSP. Next I cut two mat's of WW, and a mat of Pink Piroett. I stamped the chick on So saffron CS and cut him out, then I stamped the shell on a piece of Candy Lane DSP and cut it out and added a dimentional to make it pop. I used a piece of Kiwi Kiss ribbon and the small and large oval punches for the happy easter sentiment, I also paper pierced around the WW card stock to add a few more dots.

Another Good Egg

Tonight I made another card using the "a Good Egg" stamp set. This card uses the egg image from that stamp set and the stamp for the crack. I started with a Certainly Celery base and layered pretty in pink (embossed with the big shot) and a piece of the Delicate Dot DSP from (SAB) I added a piece of whisper white punched with the eyelet border punch. The egg is stamped and cut out of a piece of DSP from Candy Lane. I cut out the cuts on the egg from Certainly Celery and added three certainly celery brads, and to finish a piece of Certainly Celery ribbon from the SAB bundle. Seems like alot but very easy to put together.
